Junior Company Secretary

Working with the management and provide assistance in all internal and client needs/requirements/queries.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system.
- Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents in all needed and respective software.
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
- All types of business licensing and registrations.
- Should have good knowledge on US labor laws and undertake all secretarial work such as filing taxes etc.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information and advice undertake a wide range of administrative processing tasks including exercising delegations in accordance with appropriate legislation, policy and procedures; developing and maintaining registers; assisting with tasks of a specialized nature.
- Supporting the senior PA with admin and document overflow.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3yrs of experience in related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience with Microsoft office is essential.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Highly motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
