As a Wireline Field Operator, you will be fully competent in all aspects of operator duties at the well site and at the shop, can maintain the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties, as well as training of junior operators.

As a Wireline Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Carrying out preventative maintenance and operation of a range of wireline winches and surface equipment
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
- Following established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on wellsite activity, performing basic duties at the wellsite and at the shop
- Servicing of mechanical devices, building both Open Hole and Cased Hole cableheads.
- Managing to rig up and down wellsite equipment including pressure control equipment and Crew supervision, Inventory management, Material ordering
- Hoisting in different situations such as fishing operations, coring operations, testing operations and deploying tools in deviated wells and through PCE, PCL/TPL/TLC, Cable Splicing, Cable Spooling capabilities
- Managing all job-related paperwork and records for self and assigned crew

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Diploma or ITI from engineering discipline with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Have proven experience working as a wireline service delivery and field operation onshore and offshore
- Have a proven safety focus and valid HMV driving license as well experience on driving HMV
- Have a sound mechanical aptitude, technically sound and ability to cater operational requirements and deployment
- Have good communication skills and be a team player
- Be willing to travel to wellsite’s across India and ready to work onshore and offshore
