Must have hands-on field experience and a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:Conduct soil and water testing; analyze resultsPlan and manage organic crop cycles from seed to harvestRecommend and apply organic fertilizers and soil amendmentsImplement organic pest and disease management strategiesOversee daily on-field operations and laborDiagnose crop health issues and provide solutionsManage irrigation scheduling and water usageMaintain farm records and progress reportsTrain and guide farm staff on organic practicesQualifications:B.Sc. in Agriculture or higherMinimum 4-5 years of experience in organic farmingExperience in organic farming preferredStrong knowledge of soil and crop managementGood analytical, communication, and team coordination skillsWillingness to work independently on-site
