**Success Criteria**

**Finanical**
- To ensure optimum useage of finances allocated, without affecting the image of the store as well as ensuring stores are within budgets.
- To ensure profitablity of the stores in their area, through effective monitoring of budgets allocated for stores.

**External/internal Customer**
- To select the best store in terms of VM display vis a vis the sales and budgets
- AS per defined target
- Audit store level requirements & prepare stores with ideations sent by SO.
- to be equal to 100 for display
- Well coordinated, fashionable, quality display with on time execution, Immediate update with estimated Cost sheets, closing MIS & scrapping plan
- AS per defined target

**Internal business perspective**
- Over all budgets to be maintained within the region handled by the AVM
- to get report of the stores during the set timlines, review it, give feedback and the necessary corrections to be done and ensure that it is done and get the updated report. To then review the same and send the report to CVM/ Head VM
- Implementation of the same by the stores week on week basis and mystery shopper score report.Weekly feedback giv en to stores, based on the focal point display, general vm norms followed. Ensuring all stores upload on time & receive feedback from category team
- To initiate & ensure successful model store rollout & implemetation of the same across the region in terms of merchandising standards.
- To select & improve vendor selection on basis of quality, price & delivery. To have a regular addition of 1 vendor/ mth to the existing regional set up. To ensure all Vendor Billing/ Challans/ transporter copies are closed in 7 days.
- To ensure that the look & feel of Exculsive label is always premium & thereby impacting a positive improvement of 10 % on sale
- Store opening
- To be in touch with the concerned person in Projects/Store Planning, have the floor layout, fixture, capacity docket. Order materials well in advance, proper Opening Process as per SOP, maintain the expense sheet in the template given & resulting work only after approval of HVM/AC. Financial & final closure to be done in 15 days of store Opening.

**Learning & growth**
- Refresher training every 3 mths, New joinee training as per HR norm /or 15 days of joining. if UVM needs to improve training & presentation Skills
- To clear the same on Pucca, SOP
- If skill test not cleared,to undergo recommnded by HR
- Atleast prepare 2 UVM for clearing assessment centre
- Team building, training, guideance to store VM
- For existing stores, see that the UVM gives the ntoice period well in advance or as per the offer letter. Within the given time to ensure that a person is recurited, proper handover and training is given
- For upcoming stores, to ensure the UVM is hired well in advance and works in the existing stores in the required region and to develop the capabilities to handle the new store individually
