**Job Description**:

- Manage coordination with countries to ensure correct metrics are reported
- Training & Communication to countries on the process steps to be followed
- Liaising with different teams to ensure input received on time
- Audit of metric inputs along with driving it to close gaps
- Metrics tool maintenance along with regular data updates
- Managing the metrics backend system updates
- Liaise with Technology and Incident Management team in resolving issues impacting metrics and the tool
- Enhancing definitions, understanding of process for new business units or new products
- Documentation along with deploying reporting mechanism for new products/businesses
- Creating customized reports based on request from leadership teams
- Defining new metrics

Additional Information
- E - Bachelors degree
- E - 3 years Nielsen or relevant operations experience
- E - Strong verbal and written skills
- E - Accuracy and attention to details
- E - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- E - Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
- E - Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment
- E - Uses logic to analyze data and capability to draw conclusions and convey or provide advice or consultation to business leaders
- P - Power BI/ Microsoft SQL / R / Python / Visual Basic knowledge
- P - Good understanding of current Nielsen business, products, and processes, including business uses and requirements
- Knowledge on metrics and its tool will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on output process will be an added advantage.
