**Major Deliverables**
- Good design and detailing skills and able to work independently on high profile projects as part of architectural team ranging from Private residences and group housings, Institutional, Commercial & Master Planning Projects.
- Coordination with consultants to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
- Directing activities to the team engaged in preparation of drawings and specification documents.
- Working out in house options for changes occurring due to implementation of different policies, from various authorities, town and country planning department etc.
- Preparing detailed drawings.
- Address day to day site issues, and coordination with the MEP, HVAC/Structural consultants.
- Supervision of the architectural and interior design of buildings and structures.
- Advising others on practical, aesthetic and social considerations in architectural, and interior design projects.
- Selecting materials and specifications of the materials for the usage in projects.
- Developing project schedules benchmarks in architectural design.
- Consulting on the effective organization of components and materials in architectural design.
- Directing the selection of appropriate techniques according to different types of design work.
- Writing and presenting, reports and proposals.
- Travelling regularly to construction sites and giving directions and approvals for the usage of techniques and materials.
- Issuing and checking the construction drawings to the site.
- Understanding of Business cases.

**Essential Attributes & Experience**
- 8-10 years of experience with knowledge in civil and/or structural engineering /MEP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, sketch up/photoshop etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards (National/Local).
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
