- **Consulting with clients**: Meeting with clients to discuss their design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs
- **Sketching designs**: Creating sketches of the design
- **Negotiating with contractors**: Working with contractors on the project
- **Producing feasibility assessments**: Identifying the client's needs and putting together feasibility reports and design proposals
- **Compiling project specifications**: Creating detailed blueprints and project specifications

Architects should have a combination of architectural expertise and communication skills. They should also have strong collaborative and problem-solving skills, and be able to articulate complex technical concepts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
