To accomplish this, the group focuses on linkages of information, tools and analytics. **Role Outline** The role of **C10** - Strategic Business Solutions group is based at AIM’S Pune/Bangalore Center and reports to the AVP/VP leading the team. The key requirement for the role is the ability to work with data, understand the project objectives, undertake analysis to accomplish project objectives and present the results in a coherent manner. The individual will possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude. **POSITION TITLE**: Senior Analyst **Grade/Level**: C10 **DEPARTMENT**: TTS Analytics **LOCATION**: Bangalore/Pune **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Business/ Department_ - Objectives:_ Provide analytic support to the business teams, understand the business context and formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach to address the business situation. Independently manage end to end partner communication - Core Responsibilities:_ - ** Analytic Project Execution**: Own and deliver consistently on multiple and complex analytic projects. This would require an understanding of business context and the ability to formulate and execute analytic approaches to address the business situation. - ** Business Knowledge**: Develop an understanding of the domain/function. Manage business process (es) in the work area. The individual is expected to develop domain expertise in his/her work area. - ** Communication**: Effectively communicate strategic considerations with team, partners and senior management. - Financial/ Budgetary:_ - NO_ - Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial_ - IC/ Managerial_ - Skill Set required_ - Percentage of Travel:_ No - Relocation:_ - Yes_ **QUALIFICATIONS** Required Preferred - Education:_ - Experience:_ - Exposure to Financial Services - 2-5 Years of Analytical Experience - Skills:_ **Analytical Skills**: - Big Data/HADOOP - HIVE/PIG, Java and Spark/Scala - Text Analytics - Ability to synthesize unstructured data and find actionable themes/insights - Expertise in Python/R - Understanding of statistical and modeling techniques - Exposure to Machine Learning Algorithms, Pattern Mining/Detection **Soft Skills**: 1. Highly Self motivated 2. Client focus: Proficient in managing various stakeholders Ability to translate and articulate technical thoughts and ideas to a larger audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management 3.
