**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and inventory management.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in retail is a plus.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
