Telecaller (Inside Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist)
Initial Salry: ( 3-5k + incentive of 1000 rs per sale)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement**:

- Contact potential leads generated via paid ads and other campaigns.
- Present and explain our free guide and additional offerings such as courses, the Telegram channel, and brokerage account benefits.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Convince prospects to enroll in our **basic/advanced stock market courses** or join our **Telegram channel** for exclusive stock market tips.
- Promote and assist in opening **Motilal Oswal brokerage accounts** through us.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to nurture interest.
- Address questions, clarify doubts, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Keep track of all leads in a CRM system (or Excel) and ensure timely updates on their status.
- Build rapport with potential customers and establish trust.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural knack for sales and persuasion.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to potential leads effectively.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market is an advantage but can be learned on the job.
