Role Definition
Leads forecasting, scheduling, and tracking real-time performance in order to support growing business and talent demands.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
- Leading forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to drive decision-making.
- Liaising with operational management teams on all matters related to resource planning.
- Producing effective resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs/SLA.
