We are looking for a PR Account Executive in Mumbai

DESCRIPTION:
PR account executives are responsible for managing the relationships between their company and its clients. They work with PR agencies to develop strategies that will help build positive relationships with these clients, while also working directly with clients to ensure they’re happy with the services being provided.
Account executives must be able to juggle multiple projects at once while still delivering quality results. They often have a lot of contact with clients and other stakeholders in their organization, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSILITIES:
Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and asking for feedback on their experience working with the agency
Reviewing analytics data to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordingly
Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency
Creating proposals for new business opportunities that include detailed analyses of target markets and potential client needs
Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve them
Preparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaign, including time spent and costs incurred
Writing or revising copy for brochures, advertisements, flyers, or other promotional materials
Drafting contracts with clients detailing the scope of work to be performed and payment terms
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet clients’ needs, including creating content for social media accounts, writing blog posts, and managing website design and content.

ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills with high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of digital media and current local/global trends.
Strong Knowledge of the products.
Time Management.
Relationship Building.
Sound Strategy and planning.
Immediate joiners’ are preferred.
