Job Title: Junior PR Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Junior PR Executive, you will be an integral part of our PR team, contributing to the enhancement of our public image and reputation within the media landscape. This role is designed for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in public relations, offering an opportunity to further develop your skills in media relations, content creation, and communication coordination. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and media outlets to promote our brand, products, and services effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Media Relations:
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media professionals across various platforms.

Support the creation and distribution of press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to secure media coverage.

Monitor media coverage and help prepare reports analyzing the impact of PR efforts.

Content Creation:
Contribute to the development of engaging press releases, media kits, and other communication materials in alignment with our brand and messaging.

Assist in crafting articles, blog posts, and social media content for internal and external distribution.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia assets for PR campaigns.

Event Coordination:
Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of media events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

Support logistics, media attendance, and post-event communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Digital and Social Media:
Assist in utilizing social media platforms and online channels to amplify PR efforts, engage with the target audience, and monitor online conversations.

Contribute to online PR campaigns aimed at enhancing the company's online reputation.

Strategic Support:
Provide assistance in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals.

Stay updated on media trends, industry news, and potential PR opportunities.

Internal Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, insights, and updates for external communication.

Assist in preparing executives and spokespersons for media interviews and public appearances.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in a PR role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with media relations practices and the ability to establish relationships with media professionals.

Basic knowledge of PR tools and software for media monitoring and analysis.

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to generating new PR campaign ideas.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR.

Crisis communication awareness is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
