**JD FOR COUNSELLOR**
- Responsible for the end to end student admission cycle.
- Handling of student enquiries effectively.
- Timely updation and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers and students.
- Achieving targets set by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain a MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done enquiries.
- Develops a healthy alumni network and arrange for student interactive sessions.
- Enhances admissions department and institute reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for admissions.
- Any other work allocated by the management.

Skills Required:

- Persuasion and Conviction.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Effective listening skill.
- Decision making and multitasking.
- People Management.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of handling operations.
- Graduates or MBA would be preferred.

**Job Type**:

- Full Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
- 6 days working with a fixed week off

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Master's (preferred)
