**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Teacher

**Location**: Anna Nagar, Chennai

As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons designed to stimulate the children’s curiosity, imagination, and love for learning. You will be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implement Curriculum**: Develop lesson plans and activities based on early childhood education standards and curriculum requirements.
- **Facilitate Learning**: Engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences, including play-based activities, stories, art, music, and physical activities.
- **Monitor Child Development**: Observe and assess the children's progress in physical, social, and emotional development, keeping detailed records.
- **Maintain Classroom Environment**: Ensure the classroom is organized, safe, and conducive to learning. Manage classroom materials and resources effectively.
- **Support Emotional Growth**: Promote positive behavior and help children develop social skills through group activities and interaction.
- **Communicate with Parents/Guardians**: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements. Address concerns or questions they may have.
- **Ensure Health and Safety**: Supervise children to ensure their safety at all times. Follow protocols for emergency situations, first aid, and classroom hygiene.
- **Professional Development**: Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices and stay updated with the latest in early childhood education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
