The Junior Accountant will be responsible for the KRA as mentioned below.

1) Daily Bank Reconciliation of Bank Entries & V isiting Bank if required for EMD,PBG & Bank Gurantee/DD etc work.

2) Preparation of Accounting Entries ,P&L,Turnover Certificate,Balance Sheet,Purchase Order & Rectification as per Director /CA Approvals.

3) TDS, Income-Tax ,GST Return Filing ,Registrar of Companies and Compliance Filing and Management.

4) He will be responsible to manage all accounting operations on daily basis including bookkeeping, preparing and filing ITR, TDS, GST returns, reconciliation of bank accounts, coordination, completion of annual audits, preparing, reviewing of financial reports as necessary.

Finalization of Accounts and coordinating with Auditors.

Timely and Accurate Book Keeping Compliance across all statutory tax returns Insight & Reports of Company Financials **Task & Activities Timely and Accurate Book Keeping**:

- Invoicing and ewaybills for all sales and branch transfers
- Purchase entry for all procurements
- Expense entries and allocations in real time

s**Compliance Across Statutory Taxes**:

- Training of GSTR1, GSTR3B with Branches **Insights**:

- MoM Cash Flow Position
- Monthly P&L Reports Tracker to MI-20
- Real time Updated Financials at all times
- Exposure to Creditors
- Receivable Summary and Follow up from Sales team **Measurable Metrics**:

- Achieve **100% score on Compliance with zero penalty to company**:

- Achieving Positive Cash Flows - MoM- Accuracy of acounting Entries
- Number of compliance filings / returns achieved as per target dates without penlaties
- **Achieve audit completion and filing of Annual returns of all group entities by July 31 of every year Skills Accuracy, Prioritization, Budgeting, Forecasting Knowledge Tally, Excel, Statutory Compliance trends, GST, Banking ProcessSelf ImageReliable, Trustworthy Traits Efficient, Punctual Motive Accurate bookkeeping, Timely Compliance**
