Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and practical designs for stainless steel fabrication projects, including staircase railings, metal doors, furniture, etc.

Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.

Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software or similar tools.

Calculate material quantities, weights, and costs for stainless steel and other materials required for the fabrication.

Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet manufacturing standards.

Ensure designs comply with safety standards, structural integrity, and industry regulations.

Optimize design for cost-efficiency, material use, and fabrication processes without compromising quality.

Stay updated on trends in stainless steel design, fabrication techniques, and materials.

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and detailed cost estimates for client proposals.

Communicate design concepts clearly with clients, team members, and fabricators.

Qualifications and Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Strong experience in stainless steel fabrication, particularly in designing for railings, doors, and furniture.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and 3D modeling tools.

Solid understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and finishes used in metalwork.

Ability to calculate accurate material costs and prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and project management skills.

Familiarity with safety standards and fabrication regulations.

Preferred:
Experience in designing custom or luxury metal furniture.

Knowledge of other metal materials like aluminum, brass, or iron.

This role offers an opportunity to combine design innovation with hands-on fabrication knowledge in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
