**Fashion Designer Intern - Kamakhyaa (Ethnic Clothing Brand)**
Location: delhi Shahdara
Duration: 3-6 Months

**About Kamakhyaa**:
Kamakhyaa is a vibrant and culturally rooted ethnic clothing brand that celebrates India’s timeless heritage through handcrafted, elegant, and contemporary fashion. We specialize in creating garments that fuse traditional Indian aesthetics with modern silhouettes.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative **Fashion Design Intern** to join our design team. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in the complete fashion design process — from concept development to final production — while working closely with our lead designers and artisans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptualizing and sketching new ethnic wear collections
- Conduct market and trend research for fabrics, colors, and styles
- Develop mood boards and inspiration decks for upcoming seasons
- Source fabrics and trims and coordinate with vendors
- Help in draping, pattern-making, and garment sampling
- Support in fittings, styling, and photoshoots
- Maintain design archives and assist in product documentation
- Coordinate with embroidery artisans and tailors for design execution

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design
- Strong interest in Indian ethnic wear and têxtile traditions
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW
- Strong sketching and visualization skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a love for storytelling through fashion
