**Expertise in Automobile & Machine Design with Multidisciplinary Design Experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct advanced-level training sessions on CATIA, focusing on Part Design, Assembly, Surface Modeling, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, and Sheet Metal Design.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop comprehensive course materials, project assignments, and case studies that cover diverse industries like aerospace, automotive, plant design, and process power.
- Update training modules regularly to align with the latest versions of CATIA and industry trends.
- **Practical Guidance**:

- Train learners on the integration of CATIA with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Provide hands-on exposure to real-world design challenges and streamline workflows.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate learners’ performance through practical assignments, tests, and projects.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve their design capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- **Industry Insights**:

- Share insights and best practices for leveraging CATIA in fields such as defense, aerospace, petroleum, industrial equipment, and construction.
- Mentor learners on design optimization and efficient data management techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in CATIA, with hands-on experience in designing aircraft, ships, cars, industrial machinery, and consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of design principles, simulation, data management, and PLM integration.
- Familiarity with cross-industry design standards and practices.
- **Training Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or Instructor in CATIA and multidisciplinary design domains.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet diverse industry requirements.

Pay: ₹11,293.47 - ₹45,000.00 per month
