**Job Title: Field Executive**

**Job Summary**: A Field Executive is responsible for generating new business as well as ensuring existing clients are fully serviced. This individual is also tasked with putting forward new offers and proposals. They need to be able to work independently and have the drive and determination to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)**:

- Identify and contact potential customers and leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to prospective clients and explain the benefits and features
- Negotiate and close sales deals and contracts with customers and follow up on payments and deliveries
- Maintain and update customer database and records of sales activities
- Provide after-sales support and service to customers and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collect feedback from customers and report on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events as required
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, finance, etc. to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:

- Number of new customers acquired and revenue generated.
- Number of existing customers retained and revenue increased.
- Customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings.
- Sales conversion rate and average deal size.
- Sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Terms of Reference (ToR)**:

- The Field Executive will report to the Field Sales Manager or the Regional Sales Manager
- The Field Executive will work [8-10HRS] per week from [10] to [6]
- The Field Executive will be assigned a specific territory or region to cover
- The Field Executive must have two wheeler with a valid driving license, laptop, mobile phone, and other necessary tools and equipment.
- The Field Executive will be paid a base salary of [15000] per month plus commissions and incentives based on performance.
- The Field Executive will be eligible for [monthly variables].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,687.98 - ₹22,423.27 per month
