**Location: SCO NO. 10, LOHGARG ROAD, ZIRAKPUR, PUNJAB**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to service requests and service calls at customer sites.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and configure new equipment as required by the company and customer needs.
- Provide technical support and training.
- Manage inventory and tools carried on the field service vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the technical team and share information to improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in a relevant industry.
- Must own and use a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel to service locations.
- Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Physically fit to handle equipment and work in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of local routes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and service automation software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
