**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG/TIG welding on mild and stainless steel
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Fit, grind, drill, and assemble sheet metal components
- Maintain welding quality and finishing standards
- Operate hand tools and machines safely
- Follow safety and factory protocols

**Required Skills**:

- MIG/TIG welding (mandatory)
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of gas cutting, drilling & grinding
- Understanding of workshop safety
- Team coordination & discipline

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-3 years in a manufacturing or fabrication workshop preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
