**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- **Welding and Fitting Tasks**: Perform welding and fitting operations as per the specifications and requirements of various projects.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to understand the welding and fitting requirements.
- **Material Preparation**: Prepare and align materials for welding or fitting tasks by cutting, shaping, and measuring.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while operating welding and cutting equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws or potential weaknesses and ensure high-quality work.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on welding equipment and tools.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a welder or fitter, ideally in a similar environment.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools, and knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.).
- **Education**: Technical certification or diploma in welding, fitting, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, high heat, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in measuring and cutting materials to ensure proper fitting and welding.
