**Job Summary**: As a Photography Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead photographers and ensuring the seamless execution of photo shoots. You will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the photography process, from setting up equipment to post-production tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about photography to gain hands-on experience in a professional studio environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Setup and Maintenance**:

- Assist in setting up and preparing photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.

**Studio Support**:

- Provide support during photo shoots by organizing props, adjusting lighting, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with photographers to achieve desired compositions and lighting effects.

**Post-Production Assistance**:

- Assist in the culling, editing, and retouching of photos using industry-standard software.
- Organize and catalog digital files for efficient retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Photographer Assistant or a similar role in the Media industry
- Highly creative and motivated individual
- Familiarity with photo editing software like Lightroom and Adobe Sketch
- Knowledge of different camera angles and lighting techniques
- Ability to work for long and flexible hours
- Displaying good physical strength
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Basic technical and editing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
