**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing materials, promotional content, events, and internal use.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots from concept to final product, ensuring the production meets brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos, including color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and design teams to produce content that aligns with campaign goals and strategies.
- Manage digital asset organization, including archiving and cataloging of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve content quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of creativity and professionalism.
- Assist in the creative direction of photo and video projects when needed.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings for various projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a photographer and/or videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization for various channels.

Pay: ₹9,289.75 - ₹36,756.05 per month
