**Position - Sales Coordinator - Machine Tools Industry**

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full‑time
**Salary**: Up to ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum

**About the Role**

We're hiring a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Pune operations. You’ll streamline the sales process, enhance customer satisfaction, and partner with cross‑functional teams in a growing industrial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle end‑to‑end sales operations: process enquiries, prepare quotes, raise orders in ERP/CRM
- Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and finance to enable on‑time delivery
- Track order status, resolve customer queries, and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate documentation: sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventory logs
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management
- Collaborate with sales team on lead follow‑ups and conversions

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years in sales support, coordination, or CRM/ERP-focused roles—ideally B2B
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English; Marathi/Hindi is an advantage
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise under pressure
- Proactive communicator and team player

**Optional (Nice-to-Have)**
- Familiarity with industrial machinery or manufacturing domain
- Exposure to export/import logistics
- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
