**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Music and Guitar Teacher to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Teach Guitar and Music Theory: Instruct students in guitar techniques, music theory, and sight-reading.

2. Develop Lesson Plans: Create customized lesson plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each student.

3. Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their musical skills and technique.

4. Encourage Practice: Motivate students to practice regularly and develop good practice habits.

5. Prepare Students for Performances: Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities.

6. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with current music trends, teaching methodologies, and music education resources.

7. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.

8. Communicate: Maintain open and clear communication with students and their parents or guardians regarding progress, goals, and expectations.

9. Promote Music Education: Promote the benefits of music education within the community and encourage enrollment in our programs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Proficiency in playing the guitar and a strong understanding of music theory.

3. Previous teaching experience, especially in one-on-one or small group settings.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Patient, motivating, and passionate about music education.

6. Ability to tailor lessons to meet the needs of students at various skill levels and ages.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members.
