Music Educator

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Facilitator to join our team of expert educators. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate music teacher to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with children aged 4-14.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music theory and sheet music, as well as experience in teaching guitar. They will be responsible for engaging students in learning, making the process fun and enjoyable.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Teaching children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.
• Ensuring that students enjoy the course.
• Engaging, encouraging, and motivating students to reach their goals.
• Evaluating student performance and making recommendations for improvement.
• Conducting Demo Sessions with students and ensuring conversions.
• Providing a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Formal education in Music (Guitar).
• Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Experience in teaching Guitar.
• Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)

Skills Required:

• Good English Communication Skills.
• Must have experience in online teaching.
• Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop.
• Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources.

Salary Structure:

• Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo (1-25 Sessions), Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo (25-60 Sessions), Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo (61- 80 Sessions), Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo (81 & above Session).
• Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo (1-25 Sessions), Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo (25-60 Sessions), Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo (61- 80 Sessions), Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo (81& above Session).

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee.
