We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new project from the earliest stages right through to completion. We are one of the very few firms which adapted latest technology like BIM, VR- Virtual reality, Automation in Estimation to speed up and achieve error free high-quality design and documentation.

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new workplace office interiors from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. We are one of the very few firm which adapted latest technology like BIM, VR- Virtual reality, Automation in Estimation to speed up and achieve error free design and documents.

**Responsibilities**
- Be part of the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Support to Compile project specifications
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Support team leader to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Use of BIM PLATFORM (archicad) for creating 3d Model and Documentation
- Preparing renders using BIM 3d model and ENSCAPE render software. (We will be training you)
- Talking to suppliers / vendors to and understand new products.
- Reporting to the team leader by giving accurate project status, issues if any.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience of 2+ years as an Architect
- Good skills to prepare Space planning as per client’s requirement.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of services like HVAC, Electrical, FAS, Security, Structure.
- Knowledge of Green Design practises.
- BIM knowledge (archicad / Revit) minimum 1 or 2 years experience will be added advantage.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Enscape render or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Good in communication.
