**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring sessions for students preparing to take the IELTS exam.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
- Assess students' English language skills, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized learning plans to address their strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide feedback, guidance, and support to students throughout their preparation journey, helping them build confidence and proficiency in all four language skills: listening, reading writing, and speaking.
- Administer practice tests, simulations, and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and changes in the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching materials and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and performance

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- A graduate with a Bachelors degree in English / relevant field.
- 1-2 Year experience in English language teaching or IELTS training field is required.
- Relevant OET/IELTS/TESOL certifications.
- Immediate joining required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
