2. Should be fluent & confident while giving introduction about him/her and about the project & the company. English, Hindi and Marathi language proficiency is must.

3. Should be able to communicate with walk-in customers and greet & welcome them in descent manner.

4. Should have excellent verbal communication skills. Should be polite and impressive while talking. Should possess convincing power & skills

6. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Should know how to use Social media, online property portal etc. for marketing

7. Should have good presentation skills. Should be able to give presentation (3D views, Walkthrough, Video) on projector screen using MS Power point or similar. Should be able to maintain customer contact details and followup record for booking realization

8. Should possess basic accounting skills and should be able to maintain records of payments received from customers. Should followup with Customers for recovery of payment against booking. Should be able to prepare and issue payment receipts. Knowledge of Tally ERP, CRM is added advantage.

9. Will have to work on Residential Construction site office

10. Basic Salary Range between 15K-18K based on knowledge and performance. Incentive will be offered separately based on performance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indiranagar, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
