**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential customers, including **stationery shops, schools, colleges, and corporate offices**.
- Build and maintain strong **business relationships** with retailers and institutions.
- Present and promote **stationery products**, explaining their features and benefits.
- Take **orders and ensure timely delivery** in coordination with the accounts and logistics team.
- Achieve **sales targets** and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct **market research** to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and **resolve complaints professionally**.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Participate in **promotional activities and marketing campaigns** to increase brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in sales, preferably in the stationery, FMCG, or retail sector.
- Strong **negotiation and communication skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client visits daily.
- Must have a **two-wheeler and a valid driving license**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel** for order tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
