**Job Title**: Counsellor
**Location**:Mohali, Punjab

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries professionally and effectively.
- Counsel students and parents about courses offered (Spoken English, IELTS, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Identify students' needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Maintain and update enquiry records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions and admissions processes.
- Support the admissions team to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth execution of batches.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi both).
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹10,708.45 - ₹33,864.06 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
