**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Rapidly translate problems into innovative design solutions, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
- Masterfully use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Leverage and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across product interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes efficiently to facilitate design iteration and validation.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to create AI-driven products, incorporating AI design considerations from the outset.
- Knowledge of AI and how to design experiences that leverage AI-driven features.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of UX best practices and frameworks
- Good knowledge about accessibility guidelines, component and design systems in Figma
- Good experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Understanding of typography, color theories are added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
