We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Staff member to join our team.

As an Outdoor Sales Staff member, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships within the cold chain solutions industry. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cold chain solutions market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cold chain solutions or related industry.
- Minimum Experience of 3 years.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
