**Job Description: UI/UX Design Trainer (3+ Years Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Content**: Create and update comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, case studies, and project briefs, covering a range of UI/UX design topics such as:

- User Research (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Information Architecture
- Wireframing and Prototyping
- Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- Usability Testing
- Design Thinking
- UI Design Principles
- UX Design Principles
- **Conduct Engaging Training Sessions**: Deliver interactive and informative training sessions to diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and corporate clients, both online and in-person.
- **Assess Trainee Progress**: Evaluate trainee understanding through quizzes, assignments, projects, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- **Stay Up-to-Date**: Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and software updates in the ever-evolving field of UI/UX design. Incorporate this knowledge into training content and delivery.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of our UI/UX design curriculum, suggesting new topics and refining existing materials.
- **Trainee Support**: Provide ongoing support to trainees, answering questions, offering guidance, and mentoring them throughout their learning journey.
- **Software Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency and teach the use of industry-standard UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance, and feedback. Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Potentially contribute to the marketing and promotion of training programs through webinars, blog posts, social media, and other channels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree** in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
- **3+ years of proven experience** in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of core concepts and best practices.
- **Prior experience in training or teaching** is highly desirable.
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills,** with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- **Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience.**:

- **Proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).**:

- **Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.**:

- **Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others learn.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**:
