**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop training content for new joiners

2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions

3. Ensure new joiners understand company policies, procedures, and industry standards

4. Provide hands-on training and support

5. Assess trainee performance and provide feedback

6. Continuously update training content to reflect industry developments

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in training and development (preferably in tours and travels)

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to design engaging training content

4. Patience and ability to work with diverse groups
