**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across digital (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and advertising opportunities.
- Negotiate and purchase ad placements with media vendors and platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads for better engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging.
- Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitor activities.
- Manage media budgets and ensure cost-effective spending to achieve campaign objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, programmatic advertising, and social media ad platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and **Native Ads.**
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
