**Chief Executive Officer - Cement Manufacturing (15-25 years)**

Cement Industry pioneer, has been in the cement industry for the last 30 years. We have rich experience in this industry as a retailer-dealer-distributor-sole selling agent and now as a manufacturer for the previous 12 years. We have established three plants equipped with 100% automatic grinding techniques at Sikandarabad, Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, and one plant Bhabua, Bihar. We recently launched a new Greenfield Grinding Unit with a 1.5 Million Tonnes / Annum capacity in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. After this expansion, We have total capacity is 5 Million Tonnes / Annum. Group Natural Marketing Zone is Western Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Haryana, Bihar & Delhi with the production of the Amethi plant, the cement division will serve the requirement of the growing demand of central and eastern Uttar Pradesh

Minimum 15 years of experience in cement or construction related manufacturing Industry.
- Generating new business from the Cement Industry - From a combination of existing customers and new customers.- Will proactively plan and participate in industry relevant marketing events.
- Techno commercial background but experience in cement industry will have high preference.
- Establish business line strategies, operation plans, and budgets as per guidelines.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Increase the operational efficiency of all plants and lead the growth for the company.
- Having Positive attitude and optimistic nature towards work.
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
- Excellent motivational, leadership, Prioritization and delegation skills.
- Work with the different HODs and ensure that they participate in the growth plan.
- Proven track record in building strategic partnership.
- Periodically examine the strategy, operations and structure for efficiency and effectiveness through allocation/reallocation of resources; and through mapping the right individuals to the right roles.
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and to ensure they are equipped with effective and successful technical skills and knowledge.
- Develop the growth strategy in alignment with the overall corporate and go-to-market strategy, aimed at achieving sustained competitive advantage and deliver the requisite revenue, profit margins and customer experience. Translate the sales strategy into annual operating plans and derive and achieve priorities and actions from the same
- Drive effective customer relationship management by performing regular review of customer relationship status and identify accounts which may require changed focus in order to enhance customer share-of-wallet.
- Assure the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
- Able to formulate policies that are recommended by Board and need to ensures that all policies are implemented at all functional level.
- Able to recommend a yearly budget to the Board and manage the organization's resources within the approved budget.

Key Skills Required:
- 2. Should have experience in handling Sales and Operations for any cement industry.- 4. Age should not be more than 47 or 48 Years
- 5. Should be comfortable working in Delhi NCR/ Noida Location.
- 6. Must be a B.E./B.Tech & MBA graduate.
- 7. Must have handled a team of 250 to 300 and above.- 9. Most preferred 15 + years of overall Managerial and operational experience-
