**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team at Zecdata Technology. As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, managing network systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all IT operations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support the organization's technology needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Network Management**: Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor the organization's network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations.

**System Administration**: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and other hardware and software systems.

**Security Management**: Implement and manage IT security policies, conduct regular security audits, and ensure the protection of company data.

**User Support**: Provide technical support and assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring mínimal downtime.

**Backup Management**:Implement and manage regular backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and network diagrams. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**IT Projects**: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, such as software installations, network upgrades, and system migrations.

**Vendor Management**:Liaise with third-party service providers for IT-related services and ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with server administration (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
