**Job Title: Telecaller - Backend Supoprt Specialist**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Support Team as a Telecaller at AlgoRooms. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries and providing exceptional support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from clients and customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the back office team to ensure seamless operations and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling challenging situations.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

**Skills Required**:

- Outstanding communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word for accurate documentation and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough record-keeping and database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
