**Finance Executive**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Work Schedule**: 6 days/week, 2 Sat-off monthly (WFO)

**Brief**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the finance team in the timely completion of month-end financial closures.
- Regularly reconcile company bank statements with receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Efficiently file TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure the timely payment of all statutory dues, avoiding any penalties or legal complications.
- Diligently record all company expenses and ensure that TDS is correctly deducted where applicable.

**You would fit in if**:

- You have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, to identify problem areas and propose and implement solutions.
- You have experience filing TDS and GST
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification would be a plus.
- Prior experience in audit firms is essential**.**:

- Proficiency in using Excel.
- Proficiency in the use of Tally accounting software.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
