**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Client Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth operations of the front desk by providing exceptional customer service.
- Serve as the first point of contact for anyone entering the office, helping to create a welcoming environment.

**Communication & Coordination**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the visitor management software and ensure proper documentation of visitors.
- Use MS Office for daily tasks, including scheduling and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.

**Sales Support (Additional Advantage)**:

- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and support the sales team in client outreach.
- Help coordinate sales meetings, prepare documents, and manage communication with prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in tracking sales leads and maintaining customer databases.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent **communication skills** and strong customer service orientation.
- Proven experience as a **Front Office Executive** or similar role.
- Outstanding **problem-solving skills** and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to **work flexible hours** and independently.
- Hands-on experience with **visitor management software** and proficiency in **MS Office**.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to customer service.
- **Quick learner** and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience or interest in **Sales** is a plus, with the ability to identify and support new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
