**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**: Conduct thorough medical examinations, take detailed patient histories, and assess symptoms to diagnose common illnesses.
- **Treatment & Management**: Prescribe appropriate medications, recommend lifestyle changes, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory infections.
- **Preventive Healthcare**: Provide health education, administer vaccinations, and conduct routine health check-ups to promote disease prevention.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Emergency Response**: Provide initial management for medical emergencies and stabilize patients until further treatment is available.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized medical institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the respective State Medical Council.
- **Internship**: Completion of the Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI) as mandated by the National Medical Commission.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion in patient interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
