We are a Japanese cloud kitchen in Gurgaon hiring an experienced chef to handle **sushi, ramen, donburi, and Japanese-style rice bowls**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Japanese dishes independently
- Maintain hygiene and SOPs
- Manage prep, cooking, and consistency

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in Japanese or pan-Asian kitchens
- Ability to manage a small kitchen team
- Immediate joiners preferred

**Perks**:

- ₹25,000-₹30,000/month

- Monthly performance bonus based on quality and consistency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,109.97 per month
