**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As a Community Ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our network by connecting us with potential property owners. This remote, flexible role is perfect for those looking to boost their income from the comfort of their home.

**This opportunity is exclusive for Brigade Lakefront residence in Bangalore.**

**What are you expected to do**:

- Identify and engage potential property owners within your network.
- Educate prospects about PropertyAngel’ s services and benefits.
- Refer quality leads to the PropertyAngel team for follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with referred property owners to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback to the PropertyAngel team on market needs and opportunities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a wide social circle.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of the real estate and property management industry is a plus.

**Additional requirements**

**1. A laptop or desktop computer with a strong internet connection.**

**2. Ability to remote work effectively.**

**3. Fluency in ENGLISH is a must.**
