**Role Overview**:
Looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you’ll bring fresh ideas and a passion for digital trends to help us grow our online presence. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging social media content across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and managing monthly social media content calendars.
- Brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box content ideas tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and design graphics, videos, reels, stories.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Support the team in writing captions, social copy, and basic content research.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track performance metrics and provide basic reports on engagement and reach.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think differently and contribute fresh ideas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, or any video editing tools is a plus.
