- Supervise and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of premises.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and ensure cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support in organizing internal events or meetings as required.
- Handle correspondence and provide general administrative support to the team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
