**Campaign Management**: Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns for property listings, open houses, and company events.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.

**Event Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and community outreach activities.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency.

**Administrative Support**: Manage marketing materials, maintain databases, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
**Experience**: 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Knowledge**: Understanding of real estate market trends, digital marketing strategies, and effective communication techniques.

**Attributes**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
