Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain job postings, handle recruitment portals, and manage referrals.2. Employee Onboarding & TrainingConduct onboarding and induction for new employees.Prepare joining documents, ID cards, policies, and orientation sessions.Coordinate internal training or skill-building sessions.3. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance support.Issue HR documents: offer letters, confirmations, warnings, and F&F.4. Performance ManagementAssist in appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.Conduct periodic performance discussions with team leads.5. Employee EngagementOrganise team-building activities and engagement programs.Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives.Support a positive and healthy company culture.6. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure labour law compliance including PF/ESI and statutory filings.Support HR policy creation, updating, and implementation.Who we are looking for :Any HSC or Graduate.Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and payroll coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.Salary & BenefitsUp to ₹40,000 per month (based on last drawn salary & experience).PF, Medical InsuranceGrowth opportunities and internal promotions.A positive and fast-growing work environment at Forehedge Marketing.
